COVID-19 Guidelines for Clients

Our volunteers and staff adhere to our standard food safety protocols and maintain regular hand hygiene practices. To ensure the safety of our clients and volunteers, our volunteers practice social distancing during meal deliveries.

For clients who are able to come to the door, we provide meal delivery on a tray placed on a chair or table just outside their door. However, if clients cannot easily get to the door, we make appropriate arrangements to ensure they receive their meals.

Suppose a client is unwell, self-isolating, or in quarantine due to being in contact with someone who has contracted the coronavirus. In that case, we request that they inform us by calling us. We will take additional precautions to protect our volunteers while making sure our clients continue to receive home-delivered meals.

It is essential to take care of oneself by consuming a well-balanced diet, engaging in regular physical activity at home, getting adequate sleep, and reducing stress. This is important at all times, but especially now.
